Job summary

Stretch Zone, Inc. is seeking a dedicated practitioner to join our rapidly growing national brand. You will perform practitioner-assisted stretching, follow company protocols, and help clients improve mobility and well-being.

From day one, you’ll receive in-house training and certification, enabling you to expand your skillset and advance within a supportive, high-energy environment focused on movement, recovery, and results.

Qualifications

• Interest in fitness and healthy living is desired.
• Education or experience in exercise science, kinesiology, or hands-on bodywork is a plus.
• Ability to complete both in-person and online training is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports studio goals, scheduling, and delivers outstanding customer experience.
• Guides clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions per training.
• Evaluates needs to select appropriate techniques and routines.

What You Bring:

• A strong interest in fitness and healthy living
• Education or experience related to exercise science, kinesiology, or hands-on bodywork (a plus)
• Ability to complete both in-person and online training
• Motivation to support clients in reaching personal wellness goals
• Dependable transportation

Your Responsibilities:

• Supports the work of the management regarding studio goals, priorities, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience
• Guide clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions based on company training and certification
• Evaluate individual needs to select appropriate techniques and routines
• Deliver a welcoming, high-quality member experience every day
• Ensure treatment areas and the studio remain clean and organized
• Support member engagement through outreach to current and prospective clients
