Job summary

Serco seeks an Installation Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCC) to support the Army H2F program at Fort Carson. You will be the brigade Lead SCC and principal advisor to the Brigade Performance Director on physical performance optimization, developing evidence-based programs and ensuring synchronization with broader H2F initiatives.

You will mentor BDE SCCs, track Soldier progression, and coordinate programs with unit schedules.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree plus five years SCC experience acceptable with COR-RA pre-approval.
• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or CSCCA certification required.
• BLS/CPR with AED certification required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support dispersed units.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the BDE Lead SCC and advise the Brigade PD on physical performance optimization strategies.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage H2F System40 strength and conditioning programs approved by the Government.
• Foster communication with Brigade and Battalion leadership; support training and strategic meetings.
• Coordinate programs with unit schedules and operational tempo; ensure alignment with H2F initiatives.
• Track Soldier progression and submit monthly reports to the Brigade PD.
• Mentor other SCCs and unit fitness leaders; provide injury mitigation education.
• Travel up to 10% to support geographically dispersed units.
