Serco Inc. seeks an Installation Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCC) to lead the Army H2F program at brigade level, advising the Brigade Performance Director on physical optimization and program implementation across units.

The role focuses on developing periodized training, tracking progress, and coordinating with a network of fitness leaders while ensuring alignment with H2F system initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a related field; or Bachelor's with 5 years SCC experience and COR-RA pre-approval.
• Certification from NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC.
• Legal status to work in the US or be a US citizen for overseas positions.
• Ability to travel 10% as needed.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the BDE Lead SCC and advise the Brigade PD on physical performance optimization.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage H2F System40 strength and conditioning programs.
• Foster communication within BDE and BN leadership for training and meetings.
• Implement programs aligned with unit schedules and tempo.
• Create evidence-based, periodized strength and conditioning programs.
• Track Soldier/unit progression and submit monthly reports to the BDE PD.
• Coach and mentor BDE SCCs and unit fitness leaders; educate on injury mitigation.
• Ensure synchronization of SCC services with H2F initiatives.
