D1 Training is seeking a Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead the coaching team, deliver exceptional training experiences, and ensure adherence to the D1 philosophy. You will also function as Personal Training Manager, overseeing staff, driving training quality, and elevating member experience.
This hands-on leadership role involves coaching athletes, developing staff, and building a strong team culture with ownership and accountability across the facility.
The Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach is responsible for leading the coaching team, delivering exceptional training experiences, and ensuring consistent execution of the D1 Training philosophy. This role also functions as a Personal Training Manager, overseeing coaching staff, driving training quality, and ensuring a high-level member experience.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll coach athletes, develop staff, and drive performance across the facility. If you enjoy leading from the front and building a strong team culture, this role gives you real ownership.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
