Job summary

ATI is seeking a Sr. Director, Procurement for Specialty Materials in Monroe, NC. The role leads strategic sourcing and procurement operations with over $1B in spend, reporting to the Chief of Supply Chain & Strategic Growth.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership.
Experience in specialty metals, aerospace materials, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors.
Experience managing large, strategic spend portfolios and developing sourcing strategies that improve cost, supply continuity, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies across raw materials, scrap, MRO, indirect goods and services.
Lead supplier performance and supply chain resilience.
Drive EBITDA, working capital, inventory performance and operational reliability.
Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and leadership.
Provide executive-level engagement with internal teams and external partners.
Direct leadership of the Specialty Materials procurement organization.
