Job summary

Ward North American in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Straight Truck Driver to safely prepare and transport customers’ valuables, providing excellent service. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with new drivers starting at $20.00/hr if inexperienced.

The role involves loading/unloading, packing, and delivering household items, while maintaining professional conduct and daily vehicle inspections. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be in good health and able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold company values.
• Greet customers and complete walk-throughs at locations.
• Care for customer belongings to prevent damage during packing, loading and delivery.
• Pad and wrap items securely for transport and assist with loading/unloading.
• Inspect and report vehicle issues; keep vehicles clean after use.
