Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
