• Distributes and prioritizes workload among employees in accordance with established workflow and/or job specializations.
• Monitors and reports on the status of work; ensures SOPs and local and VHA mandates are followed.
• Reviews work to ensure completed tasks meet supervisor instructions on sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines.
• Assesses quality and quantity of work by reviewing cleaning, reprocessing, and distribution of technical reusable medical equipment.
