Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizenship or eligible for VA employment
• English proficiency for speaking and writing
• Six months of experience or education in health care related courses
• Transcript required for education option and grandfathering provision observed

Responsibilities

• Assigns and prioritizes workload among SPS staff
• Instructs staff on procedures and SOPs for decontamination and sterilization
• Monitors quality of work and ensures compliance with directives
• Reports on workload status and staffing needs to SPS management
• Ensures proper use of equipment and safety protocols in all areas
