AdventHealth Orlando is hiring a Central Sterile Processing Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will oversee sterilization, decontamination, and instrument handling, ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires leadership, training, and effective communication with OR teams.

Qualifications

• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in Central Sterile Processing preferred.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as shift charge person in the absence of department leadership.
• Oversee and monitor supply and equipment inventory in the department.
• Operate sterilization equipment and select methods per IFU.
• Maintain infection control standards and environmental cleanliness.
• Respond to problem calls from hospital staff and communicate with the team.
