Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, life sciences, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in R; experience with SAS, Python, and SQL preferred.
• Proven track record programming, validating, reviewing, and approving analysis datasets, tables, listings, figures, and outputs.
• Experience using Git and GitHub for source control and collaborative workflows.
• Understanding of CDISC standards and regulatory expectations for programming deliverables.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions, publications, or real world evidence programs.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and mentoring of programming staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming activities for trials, registries, and regulatory submissions.
• Program, validate, review datasets, tables, listings, figures, and dashboards.
• Partner with Data Management for data quality and study reporting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations on study metrics and site analytics.
• Support evidence generation with Medical Affairs and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Biostatistics on analysis requirements and validation.
• Mentor programming staff and external partners; ensure standards and documentation.
• Use Git and GitHub workflows for version control and peer review.
