Job summary

Everest Clinical Research is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer to lead complex programming projects from a remote/home-based office in the United States. The role emphasizes SAS programming, data standardization, and collaboration with sponsors on regulatory submissions.

You will mentor junior programmers, coordinate timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables across phase I–IV trials in a dynamic CRO environment. A strong statistical background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• M.Sc., M.A. or higher degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
• 10 (M.Sc., M.A.)/9 (Ph.D.) years’ related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial data processing, statistics, and regulatory presentation.
• Strong SAS programming, planning, and submission experience to regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity statistical programming projects and resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate study teams, oversee timelines, assign tasks, and liaise with clients.
• Plan resources based on timelines, team skills, and availability.
• Develop and maintain SDTM/ADaM specifications and define.xml with QC reviews.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior Statistical Programmers.
• Represent the company with sponsors on programming projects.
