SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks a Stationary Engineer at San Francisco Airport to maintain the facility's mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and ensure safe, reliable operations in a high-traffic environment.

The role requires 5+ years in building maintenance, ability to lift heavy items, and experience with Parking Access Control equipment; union membership is required. Salary is $67.24 per hour with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to maneuver Parking Access Control equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for power and hand tools.
• Ability to lift heavy items and tow/maneuver a trailer.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems at the San Francisco Airport location.
• Perform building maintenance tasks including doors, locks, sheetrock, and minor construction.
• Maintain fleet assets and operate/maintain parking access control equipment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and assist with minor repairs to equipment.
