Job summary

Pasco County Schools CFA at River Ridge High in New Port Richey, FL is seeking a Stagehand Manager for the 2026-2027 theatre season. Starting immediately, compensation is $17.00 per hour and the role supports stage productions through advanced stage management, lighting, sound, and rigging.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree is preferred; and professional or college level technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced level work and overall stage management for theatre productions.
• Operate lighting systems (light board, followspot) and support lighting installation and maintenance.
• Configure and operate sound systems (microphones, speakers, control equipment) and record tracks.
• Assist set construction and carpentry (flats to props) and basic rigging for fly systems.
• Manage cues and coordinate audio/lighting during performances; oversee stage staff.
