CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead a pharmacy team at a CVS Health location. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee daily operations, ensure safe dispensing, counsel patients, and immunize per policy. You will drive patient care and maintain regulatory compliance while coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active pharmacist license in the store state
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values and improving patient health through safe dispensing and counseling
• Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment and follow workflow procedures
• Coach and support pharmacy team to improve performance and patient experience
• Immunize patients and support pharmacy technicians in immunization efforts
• Manage pharmacy inventory with emphasis on cold chain products
• Ensure compliance with state Board regulations and CVS Health policies
• Assist in scheduling and ensuring coverage across shifts
• Maintain clinical and technical skills and participate in required trainings
