Jericho Road Community Health Center seeks a Staff Pharmacist for a full-time role across Barton and Broadway locations. The position supports dispensing, medication management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a faith-based community health setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered pharmacist in New York.
• Minimum of five years' work experience in a high-volume community pharmacy setting.
• Preferred experience with 340B pharmacy program.
• Preferred 1–2 years management experience in retail pharmacy.
• Experience serving diverse, multilingual, underserved populations preferred.
• Reliable transportation within Buffalo city and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Dispense pharmaceuticals and oversee daily workflow within the pharmacy.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on medication therapy management and document in EMR.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews to ensure safe and appropriate use of medications.
• Oversee inventory management and 340B program compliance.
• Lead the pharmacy staff and recruitment efforts in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and professional ethics.
