Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Lead or Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer to define and build the next generation of the Console Experience. You will own complex, customer-facing initiatives across the frontend, API, and service layers while shaping scalable architecture and engineering practices.

This high-impact IC role requires collaborating with Product and Design, and partnering with cloud platform teams to deliver cohesive, reliable workflows.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building production web apps (frontend and backend).
• Led design and delivery of customer-facing systems in fast-moving environments.
• Proficient with modern frontend development incl. React and TypeScript.
• Able to design and reason about APIs, service boundaries and data models.
• Strong product judgment and usability focus; drive architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end product experiences across React/TypeScript frontend, APIs, and backend services.
• Own major console initiatives from discovery through rollout, measurement, and iteration.
• Translate cloud concepts into intuitive customer workflows and experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to clarify requirements and balance value with sustainability.
• Partner with API Experience, Billing, Platform, and Support teams to deliver cohesive features.
• Establish architectural patterns to improve frontend performance, reliability, accessibility, observability, and velocity.
• Raise engineering standards through reviews, documentation, testing, and operational ownership.
• Mentor engineers and help teammates grow in product, architecture, and execution.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and technical strategy for the Console Experience team.
