Job summary

Stripe seeks a senior professional to lead risk partnerships with global financial partners across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will manage risk, fraud, and compliance programs while aligning product and business goals with our partners.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in complex regulatory environments to enable Stripe's onramps, offramps, and stablecoin initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in risk, fraud, financial crime, or compliance role with financial partners
• Deep knowledge of risk and compliance for crypto and stablecoins
• Represent Stripe on risk, compliance, financial crime and product with partners
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Curiosity and partnership mindset to improve processes
• Stakeholder management across organizations and borders
• Self-motivated and proactive in uncertain environments
• Ability to drive clarity, plans, and delivery on timelines

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-focused initiatives with global financial partners to build opportunities and establish risk appetites
• Oversee health of relationships with risk, financial crime, and compliance counterparts at partner organizations
• Develop and manage projects that support strong partner relationships regarding risk
• Deliver business and policy recommendations to inform risk posture
• Represent and negotiate Stripe's risk and compliance approach with banking partners
• Enhance partner-facing risk management capabilities
• Lead risk and compliance discussions with partners to align on risk approaches
• Identify opportunities by creating risk-aware solutions with banking partners
• Lead interactions with Financial Partners and advocate for user experience
