With 2+ years in spray foam installation and proven leadership, you will read blueprints, supervise safety, and coordinate with project managers to deliver on-time, quality results while upholding union benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in spray foam or insulation installation.
• Proven leadership ability in a construction or technical role.
• Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments, including heights and confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Apply spray foam insulation in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Lead, mentor, and direct crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan and execute daily tasks.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality and adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while following OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and crew members to ensure smooth project flow and problem resolution.
