Job summary

NHC HomeCare Anderson is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The SLP will supervise and participate in therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of patients with speech and language disorders, hearing disorders and oral myofunctional disorders.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, CCC‑SP (or CFY eligibility), and state licensure. The role involves directing the Communication Disorders Service and collaborating with physicians and HomeCare staff.

Qualifications

• CCC‑SP certification or CFY eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the Communication Disorders Service Department.
• Evaluates and treats patients as ordered by the referring physician and develops an appropriate treatment program for physician approval.
• Evaluates, plans, and carries out therapy programs with goals and periodic re-evaluations.
• Participates in the in‑service training program for the HomeCare personnel.
