Job summary

Ensemble Therapy in California is seeking a Supervising Speech Language Pathologist to lead and grow our Speech team. You will supervise up to three SLPAs and one SLP-CF, conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and ensure documentation is completed timely.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current and unrestricted CA licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for a variety of populations using informal and formal measures.
• Execute individual treatment plans with evidence-based practice.
• Supervise up to three SLPAs and up to one SLP-CF in compliance with CA Board standards.
• Regularly assess progress and adjust treatment to meet goals.
• Complete documentation in the electronic record system within required timelines.
• Educate and train families on speech and language techniques.
• Meet utilization goals and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Champion Ensemble Therapy's culture and core values.
