Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Therapy Team Leader to guide a skilled speech-language pathology team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate and treat adults with communication and swallowing disorders while coordinating interdisciplinary care with PT, OT, nursing, and physicians.

You will mentor staff, support scheduling and quality initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance in a patient-centered, collaborative culture that offers specialty training and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading a speech-language pathology team.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
