Pearson is seeking an experienced Domain Lead to drive the discovery and definition of core data products, aligning business strategy with data delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams, executives, and domain leaders to maximize business impact and measurable outcomes.
You will own roadmaps, governance, and value articulation, while partnering with stakeholders and engineers to deliver tangible improvements in data quality and governance.
We are seeking an experienced technical and strategic Domain Lead to help drive the discovery and definition of core products to enable us to continue to build the Global Data organization’s foundational data platforms. The ideal candidate should take initiative in driving value in business operation and internal and external customers and drive engagement within domain leaders and teams. The Domain Lead serves as the bridge between business strategy and data delivery, defining the strategic direction for a data domain by aligning business needs, enterprise priorities, and value opportunities, while guiding investment decisions to maximize business impact and measurable outcomes.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The full-time salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000
