What you’ll do...

Role summary: The (USA) Lead Specialist, Security oversees guard service patrol and dispatch operations, ensuring effective tactical responses during safety incidents and investigations. This role manages security protocols, collaborates with internal and external partners, and supports regulatory compliance across assigned facilities. By leading emergency responses and maintaining security measures for critical assets and events, the specialist fosters a safe environment. The position requires strong leadership in training, continuous improvement, and adherence to company policies, promoting integrity and operational excellence while aligning security initiatives with business objectives.

About the team: The Walmart Emergency Operations Center (EOC) operates around the clock to monitor and respond to critical incidents worldwide, including infrastructure issues, criminal threats, geopolitical events, and weather emergencies. The team leads tactical security responses, manages investigations, and coordinates with internal and external partners to maintain safety and regulatory compliance. They support emergency management efforts, oversee security protocols, and ensure effective communication during incidents. This team plays a vital role in protecting associates, customers, facilities, and operations by delivering timely, strategic security management and fostering a secure environment aligned with Walmart’s operational goals.
