Job description

The primary role of this position is to help design, build, and integrate modern web applications with a variety of existing backend systems. This role includes supporting and enhancing our current Angular application while also contributing to the development of a new React-based application currently under active build. Experience with React is highly beneficial as we continue expanding our front‑end technology stack.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key leadership role in sprint planning, requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, and full‑stack development. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions using modern technologies including C#, TypeScript, MSSQL, and contemporary front‑end frameworks within a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environment.

Strong architectural thinking, clean coding practices, and experience working across both frontend and backend systems are essential for success in this role.

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 3-5 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Equivalent experience and demonstrated equivalent competency may supplant the bachelor's degree
• Experience with Angular
• Experience with C# and MSSQL
• Experience with MSSQL and C#
• Understands HTML, XML, web services, etc.
• Understands and can write complex SQL queries and stored procedures with complex table relationships
• Knowledge in writing ETL applications using MSSQL and C#
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work patiently with users
• Quickly learn new skills and technologies
• Ability and willingness to go beyond IT knowledge and understand the underlying business process

Preferred Qualifications

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level

• Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
• Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
• Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience.
