Job summary

NECC's New England Center for Children in Massachusetts seeks a Lead Special Educator to lead ABA-based instruction, develop and supervise IEPs, and mentor paraeducators in public school partnerships.

You'll collaborate with general education staff, families, and school leaders to provide inclusive, high-quality learning opportunities for students with autism. The role offers strong clinical support, ongoing professional development, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Lead, train and supervise a classroom team using ABA-based instruction.
• Develop and manage IEPs and oversee individualized programming.
• Mentor and coach paraeducators.
