You will split responsibility between providing high-quality instruction to an assigned classroom 80% of the time and performing varied leadership and administrative tasks for the remaining 20% of the time.Instructional duties (80%):* Delivering engaging and **effective instruction** to students in the classroom.* Implementing and monitoring **individualized education programs (IEPs)**.* Managing classroom behavior and creating a **positive learning environment**.* Assessing and reporting on **student progress** regularly.Leadership and administrative duties (20%):* Serving as a **mentor and resource** for new or assigned teachers and staff.* Coordinating **assessments, curricula, and grading** for students in the program.* Offering **expertise in classroom structure**, management, curriculum, and instructional planning.What you’ll get from us.
