Qualifications

• Must hold Montessori diploma for ages 3-6 or be willing to obtain certification (sponsored).
• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a group setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; ECE credits often required for licensing.

• Observe each child to support their development across physical, intellectual, and emotional domains.
• Prepare and maintain an orderly, beautiful classroom that fosters concentration and independence.
• Provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, math, and beyond.
