Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant thermal engineering experience, preferably with spacecraft.
• Demonstrated experience with spacecraft flight hardware and thermal vacuum testing.
• Ability to lead technical efforts with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of spacecraft thermal models for on-orbit performance prediction.
• Own spacecraft-level thermal architecture and control design.
• Mentor junior thermal engineers and establish best practices.
