Qualifications
- 5+ years professional design/development experience in satellite systems.
- Proven leadership on at least one satellite program.
- Experience with system performance modeling tools (MATLAB, Python, Excel).
- Strong understanding of satellite technologies, design principles, and concepts of operations
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute top-level spacecraft design and risk assessments.
- Perform systems engineering and testing planning.
- Coordinate operational planning and in-space performance oversight.
- Act as technical authority for in-orbit performance.
- Lead a small, high-impact team to ensure mission success.
