Qualifications

• Lead- or Staff-level antenna/RF engineer with experience in phased-array hardware.
• Experience with RF front-end or module-level electronics.
• Demonstrated RF test leadership in characterization and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of antenna/RF design engineers.
• Own radiating-element RF design including geometry and bandwidth.
• Direct the RF test function for element and array characterization.
• Support environmental and deployment testing of the integrated antenna.
