Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and test activities for sub‑component hardware and system builds.
• Develop mechanical integration work instructions for technicians.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and test plans for production and verification.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend tooling and processes.
• Support assembly operations by implementing design updates and driving process improvements.
• Use Lean Six Sigma to identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
• Participate in production validation through environmental and functional tests.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for technician teams.
• Mentor and train engineers and technicians.
• Document and resolve nonconformances using root‑cause analysis.
• Support proposals, including Basis of Estimate development.
• Plan and manage major integration/test events and staffing.
