Job summary

Gravitics Inc is seeking a fabrication professional to build and assemble large space-rated metal structures in Marysville, WA. You will read engineering drawings, weld steel and aluminum, and mentor teammates while maintaining safety and quality on a dynamic shop floor.

The role requires hands-on welding, experience leading teams, and the ability to work in confined spaces with hazardous materials. A strong safety mindset and comfort with heavy equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on welding with MIG/TIG/Laser for steel and aluminum.
• Experience leading or coaching teams.
• Ability to work on-site with large metal assemblies.
• Commitment to safety and pride in workmanship.
• 5+ years in fabrication/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Cut, form, and weld steel and aluminum from drawings and instructions.
• Provide feedback on designs and manufacturing methods.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions.
• Operate cranes, forklifts and other heavy equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Own processes and operations on the shop floor.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance.
