Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of culinary leadership in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience with fixed menu programs and refined plating.
• Proven leadership of cooks and kitchen staff.
• Ability to manage multiple menus and cuisines in one production day.
• Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and kitchen operations.
• Lead kitchen when Executive Chef is unavailable.
• Manage inventory and food orders to meet production plan.
