Responsibilities include supervising inventory, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and coordinating with FOH for timely service. Requires culinary education and leadership experience in a full-service kitchen.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and team management能力.

• Understanding of food cost, inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards.
• Train and mentor BOH staff to maintain high performance and consistency.

• Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Lead BOH during service in the absence of senior chefs.
