Job summary

You will inspire customers by offering meal ideas, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure consistency and eye-appealing presentation across Wegmans' menus. This role emphasizes leadership and culinary excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Lead cook and/or kitchen supervisor experience, including supervising a team.
• Culinary experience across multiple cuisines.
• Experience in a multi-faceted food service facility (restaurant, hotel, club).
• Successful completion of culinary management trainee program; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen operation.
