Job summary

LC State is seeking a dedicated Program Director/Instructor for the Sonography program. This 12-month, full-time non-tenure-track role involves leadership of the program, curriculum development, teaching in didactic and lab courses, and coordination with clinical labs and industry partners.

The successful candidate will hold a Registered Sonographer credential, demonstrate autonomy within a collaborative faculty, and plan for accreditation standards while guiding student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the radiologic science field from a regionally accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Sonography program and provide instructional leadership.
• Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and fiscal management.
• Manage clinical lab operations, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate adjunct faculty, staff, and schedule program offerings.
• Support recruitment and retention of students and maintain accreditation standards.
