AT&T is seeking a Lead Solution Architect in Alpharetta, GA, to define the end-to-end Integrated Architecture and align it with business and technical objectives. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects, system engineers, and stakeholders to drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, secure deployments.

JOB TITLE: Lead Solution Architecture
JOB LOCATION: 300 North Point Pkwy Alpharetta, GA 30005
Specify the components and their interactions that comprise the end-to-end Integrated Architecture. Work with portfolio stakeholders, customers, Enterprise Architects, System Engineers and development teams to align the architectural direction and define high-level solutions. Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architects and System Engineers to ensure that individual program and product strategies align with business and technical objectives. Facilitate important design decisions for development teams. Determine the primary components and subsystems and analyze technical trade-offs. Identify interfaces and collaborations between customers, stakeholders, and development teams to define higher-level functional Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs). Define a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating technical alignment for the full solution rather than concerns for specific components. Establish incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway abstraction and generalization to preserve architectural flexibility. Ensure that common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable. Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns. Influence common modeling, design, and coding practices. Implement best practices for the PaaS/IaaS services lifecycle. Conduct vulnerability (patching) management of marketplace images, golden images, and deployments. Deploy and manage computes (VMs) and PaaS services in OCI. Manage IDCS/SSO/SAML implementation, policies, and governance process. Identify, analyze, and maintain secure configurations across our technologies (hybrid cloud). Identify, recommend, design, and maintain technology solutions to help support the enterprise's security posture and needs. Troubleshoot routing issues. Intercept and handle Oracle security notifications and the impact on the OCI environments.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, or Information Systems and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation implementing best practices for the PaaS/IaaS services lifecycle; utilizing networking concepts including the OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and load balancers; utilizing Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), subnet lists, route tables, network address assignments, firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAFs); utilizing public cloud platforms; utilizing Oracle Cloud Technology for cloud infrastructure operations/admin; utilizing the Linux operating system; administrating PaaS services like OIC, OAC, OGG, ATP, ADW, and Fusion ERP services; provisioning Oracle OAC, ATP, and ADW Autonomous Data Guard; monitoring usage of OCI services, auto‑scaling, and message pack consumption of Universal Credits; configuring Oracle Cloud services backups and object storage; configuring and managing OCI compartments and provisioning services across availability and fault domains; implementing best practices for the development lifecycle for dev, test, UAT, and prod services; and provisioning network security groups, ACLs, bastion hosts, and public load balancer provisioning.
Salary: $213,075 yearly
