Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Solution Architect for Data and Analytics to drive enterprise-grade data platforms and analytics solutions. You will lead the architecture and delivery, working with senior stakeholders to define scope and success metrics.

You will design data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks, mentor teams, and evaluate new technologies to keep Genpact at the forefront of AI-enabled business transformation. This hybrid role supports US operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualifications in business analytics, CS, or statistics.
• Master level data science expertise is preferred.
• Industry-standard data governance and architecture certifications are a plus.
