Job summary

A central valley design build firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead solar and electrical infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting construction phases. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, deep knowledge of energy technologies, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $180,000 based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering.
• Experience with design and development of energy systems.
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code and NFPA 70E.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement energy systems based on customer needs.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Supervise preparation of bill of materials for construction.
