Job summary
StoneArch Services is seeking a Lead Software Test Engineer to drive testing strategy for device and network products, with strong Python automation and experience with XBee and XLR PRO based devices. The role involves designing and executing tests in an Agile Scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will develop and maintain automated test infra, create test plans, and ensure quality across Zigbee, Wi‑Fi, and related protocols.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of test automation experience with a Bachelor's in CS or equivalent.
- Excellent Python programming skills with experience in test automation.
- Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge across OSI layers.
- Experience with ZigBee/Wi‑Fi and related wireless standards is desirable.
- Experience with Jira and TestRail for bug tracking and test management.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated and manual test cases.
- Develop Python-based automated test infrastructure and maintain it.
- Troubleshoot device hardware/firmware/test environments.
- Create and maintain test plans and documentation.
- Collaborate on project planning within an Agile/Scrum team.
- Guide peers in test development practices and coding standards.
