BDO USA is seeking a Lead Software Engineer, Tax Product Development to own end-to-end delivery of large features and systems. You will define technical requirements, architecture, and oversee cross-functional collaboration across global teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $140,000 - $210,000
Maryland Range: $140,000 - $210,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $140,000 - $210,000
