You will deliver production-grade code, advocate AI-assisted engineering practices, and contribute to resilient, secure software across the full SDLC.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of applied experience.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions creatively, using approaches that go beyond routine methods to solve technical problems.
• We build secure, high‑quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
• We drive adoption of enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, while maintaining consistent validation standards and promoting reuse of effective patterns.
• We apply knowledge of SDLC tools, including enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value delivered through automation.
• We identify opportunities to remove or automate fixes for recurring issues to improve the stability of software applications and systems.
• We lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and fit within existing systems and information architecture.
• We work as part of an agile front‑office technology team to help build applications supporting the investment management cycle, including research, portfolio management, and investment.
• We collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional specifications and support business objectives across multiple technical areas.
