JPMorgan Chase's Workforce Technology Team seeks a Lead Software Engineer to mentor multiple technical teams and drive high-impact financial technology initiatives. You will be a core technical contributor to deliver trusted, scalable, and secure solutions across Oracle HCM modules.

In this role, you will design and implement solutions using Oracle HCM Learning Cloud, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, and Oracle Visual Builder Studio, while ensuring compliance, risk reduction, and timely delivery.

Formación

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Learning Cloud and OTBI.
• Experience maintaining business processes, including JIRA practices and SR tracking.
• Ability to consult and sustain Oracle HCM Learning Cloud.
• Strong communication and timely responses.
• Ensure security and release processes are followed to reduce risk.
• Protect and ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to quickly problem-solve and identify root causes.

Responsabilidades

• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches.
• Improve, design, optimize, and deliver solutions using the SaaS Oracle HCM Learning Cloud application.
• Maintain business processes, including configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking.
• Consult and sustain Oracle HCM Learning Cloud and curate new features introduced in quarterly releases in partnership with the Learning Product Team.
• Gain experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio and HDL/HSDL.
• Ensure security and release processes are followed to reduce risk.
• Protect and ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations.
• Apply lessons learned to limit production defects and collaborate with Oracle on service requests.
• Review Oracle release notes in advance and conduct impact analysis.
• Meet design deliverables and deadlines with consistent follow-through and independent work.
• Complete functional testing of enhancements to minimize defects, quickly problem-solve, and identify root causes.

As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Workforce Technology Team, youare an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Learning Cloud and Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• Experience maintaining business processes, including configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking

• Ensure security and release processes are followed to reduce risk

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Oracle HCM Learning Cloud Implementation Specialist Certification preferred
• Experience with (Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL)
