Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Overland Park, KS team onsite. You will lead complex enterprise projects, design and implement scalable .NET/C# solutions, and mentor engineers to raise engineering practices.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to shape technology strategies, drive architectural improvements, and promote Agile delivery across the team. This role emphasizes ownership and delivering impactful healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with full lifecycle development using Agile methods.
• Strong experience with .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, KS.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, product partners, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions and act decisively.

What You'll Do
