Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• End-to-end backend delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Strong Python or Go proficiency for services.
• Hands-on CI/CD with Jenkins in enterprise environments.
• Solid SDLC with secure coding, test strategy, release governance.
• Cloud-native experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience implementing security/compliance controls in regulated environments.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and workflow orchestration.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and mentor developers on secure practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools with validation for correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-cloud security and compliance solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Translate policies into technical controls and roadmaps.
• Build automation for preventive, detective, and remediation controls.
• Implement observability and traceability across services and pipelines.
• Deliver production code in Python or Go; support Java where needed.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and secure gates.
• Integrate Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and cloud services.
• Lead reliability and security engineering; perform root-cause analysis.
• Champion AI-assisted development with strong validation.
• Mentor engineers on secure, resilient practices.
