Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned IBM Mainframe developer to lead the design and development of software solutions in a mainframe environment. The role emphasizes Cobol, JCL, VSAM, and DB2 with CA7 work management, plus strong collaboration through Jira/Agile Scrum practices.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with Confluence/SharePoint is a plus, as is SAS coding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Experience with IBM Mainframe development using Cobol, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CA7.
• Familiarity with Confluence and SharePoint is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Agile Scrum is beneficial.
• Mainframe SAS coding experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
