• Mentor the lead cohort through their first real Project Management on-call at CloudEdge Corp.
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems.
• Automate the manual GitLab CI chores that quietly drain Glendale, AZ engineering hours.
• Lead technical design reviews for lead technology initiatives.
