Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on with Java, ReactJS, PostgreSQL; comfortable with Docker deployments.
• Experience designing scalable, production-ready systems and applications.
• Frontend and/or backend contribution across teams as needed.
• Strong practice of modern development, architecture patterns, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support engineers; foster innovation and collaboration.
