Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with Energy Partners LLC's growing user base.
• Mentor the junior cohort through their first real Team Leadership on-call.
• Translate Django metrics into the one chart leadership checks each morning.
• Turn Energy Partners LLC's Java on-call noise into meaningful alerts.
• Own a technology service end to end, from Vue.js schema to on-call rotation.
• Negotiate Java tradeoffs with product when timelines and reality collide.
• Resurrect flaky Django tests until the Knoxville, TN suite is trustworthy again.
• Guard the Vue.js codebase quality through reviews that teach as much as they catch.
